課程概述

This course introduces the basic theoretical framework of elastic waves and discusses the behavior and characteristics of elastic wave propagation in media of various shapes. Elastic waves are widely used in many engineering applications such as non-destructive inspection, geophysical study, medical ultrasonic imaging and physical acoustics.

 Students are expected to understand the basic theoretical framework of elastic waves and the behavior and characteristics of elastic wave propagation in media of various shapes in this course.
